Nebbiolo (subvarieties Lampia and Michet)
Crushing and destemming, maceration with skins for about 10 days in fermenters with rotating blades. Aging in 300/500 liter barrels for approximately 18 months. Complete maturation in stainless steel before bottling. Refinement in bottles laid down before being put on the market.
Intense ruby red colour; nose full of red berries, with hints of oak and vanilla. Full and concentrated sip, with well-present tannins and splendid fruit.
Red meats, braised meats, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
