Vineyards at 350m above sea level facing south-west, on calcareous clay soil. Aging for a total of 38 months, of which 24 months partly in large Slavonian oak barrels and partly in French oak tonneaux.
Garnet red color with orange reflections; nose of ripe red plum with floral touches; energetic and mature sip, with balanced tannins and excellent persistence.
Stewed meats, mature cheeses.
