Nebbiolo
Grapes harvested by hand with selection of the best bunches; maceration in steel tanks for approximately 20 days with daily punching down; matures for 32 months in large Slavonian oak barrels and for one month in stainless steel tanks. Bottle refinement for 6 months. Unfiltered, unclarified.
Garnet red colour. Complex nose of aromatic herbs, blackberries, mint, sweet licorice and ripe fruit. Full-bodied and savory on the palate, with fine tannins and a persistent finish.
Roasts, braised meats, game, truffles, mature cheeses.
