Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard; traditional red winemaking with long maceration on the skins; faithfully following tradition, the wine ages strictly in large barrels (barriques are banned from Mascarello) and ages extensively in the bottle.

Garnet red in color, nose of dried flowers, red fruits, and spices; imposing and enveloping on the palate, elegant and refined, with extraordinary persistence.
