Manual harvest, traditional white winemaking in stainless steel; matures for a year in 500l acacia barrels, refines for a period in the bottle.

Straw yellow colour. On the nose it is intense and fine. Floral scents dominate, followed by fruity ones of grapefruit and a strong mineral note; fresh and balanced sip, with good persistence.

Starters, baked fish, white meats, slightly mature cheeses.
