Description

The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected, in small boxes of maximum 10kg; the vinification takes place spontaneously in concrete tanks, after which the wine matures for one year in concrete tanks and for three years in old barriques; It then ages in the bottle for six months.

Tasting

Deep golden yellow color, with floral and citrus aromas. On the palate it is savory, with consistent notes reminiscent of bitter almond.
