Description

Destemming and cold maceration for 8 hours, soft pressing and static clarification of the must. Fermentation in steel at a temperature of 16/18°C, it carries out malolactic fermentation and ages for 24 months on the fine lees and another 24 in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with golden reflections; on the nose citrus, peach and exotic fruit; fresh and mineral on the palate with hints of fruit and a creamy finish.
