Description

Manual harvest at the end of September/beginning of October; white vinification in cement tanks, at a controlled temperature. It matures in concrete and steel for two months and refines for a month in the bottle.

Tasting

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; intense nose of citrus and white pulp fruit, flowers and aromatic herbs; light, fresh, savory sip.

Seafood appetizers, steamed fish and shellfish.
