Merlot, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah
Each grape is processed separately, following their respective ripening times. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in concrete tanks with Native yeasts. Aging for 12 months in steel vats and 3 months in the bottle before release.
Intense ruby red color with violet hues. Balanced wine, obtained through artisanal processing, with hints of spices and red fruits.
First and second courses based on red meats and game, mature cheeses and cured meats.
