Description

First pressing of grapes from vineyard plots harvested by hand when perfectly ripe; obtained by the natural method of sparkling wine-making in autoclaves (Charmat method) with slow refermentation for two months at low temperature.

Tasting

Pale straw-yellow colour, fairly fine, numerous and persistent bubbles; intense, fine nose with hints of orange blossom, grapefruit, lemongrass; fresh, fairly savoury, intense and balanced on the palate.

Cold meats, white meat and fish starters.
