Description

Manual harvest in boxes with selection in the vineyard; destemming and soft pressing with a lung press, fermentation in steel at 26/28°C with maceration on the skins for 10/15 days; refermentation in autoclave.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; characteristic nose, of violet and strawberry; sweet, full, juicy and persistent sip, refreshed by a nice tannic texture.
