Description

Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in exhausted barrels, where the wine then matures for at least a year.

Tasting

Mineral nose, with hints of white flowers and citrus, and delicate notes of aromatic herbs; very fresh and elegant on the palate, with a crisp acidity typical of the grape variety and citrus aftertaste.
