From vines over 45 years old, an exuberant Bourgogne Rouge, from a single plot (Les Maladiers) in a beautiful location in Nuits Saint Georges.
Quite deep color, the aromas of red fruits, ripe cherries, raspberries, strawberries, currants and ripe plums prevail. A delicate vein of sweet spiciness and liquorice, beautiful tannic texture and good persistence.
Ground appetizers, red meats, semi-mature cheeses.
