Description

Destemming, crushing and classic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with pumping over and delestage. The must remains in contact with its skins, 30 days for Nebbiolo and Vespolina, 15 days for Croatina. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in wooden barrels during the following spring. The wine matures in 10hl Slavonian oak barrels for approximately 28 months.

Tasting

Bright ruby red colour. Intense nose of raspberry and blackberry, with spicy and mineral base notes. The sip is balanced, mineral, full-bodied, with well-integrated tannins and a long harmonious finish.

Pairings

Important cured meats or cheeses, grilled red meats.
