Description

Destemming of the bunches, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26/28°C; 8/10 days in contact with the skins using different delestages; racking once alcoholic fermentation is complete. Malolactic fermentation completely carried out in steel or concrete, maturation on the fine lees partly in cement and partly in wood.

Tasting

Ruby red colour; nose of strawberry and raspberry, with balsamic notes; round and fragrant sip, excellent drinkability.
