Bricco Riva Bianca Buttafuoco DOC 2020

Wine produced only in favorable years. The grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes with careful selection of the bunches. After destemming and pressing, the must remains in contact with the skins for a minimum of 20 days. After racking, the wine is aged in wooden barrels of various sizes for approximately 24 months. After bottling, the bottles rest lying down in the dark for at least 6 months before being put on the market.

Very deep ruby ​​red colour, almost impenetrable. The nose ranges from dried flowers to black berries, with hints of dried plum, tobacco, cocoa, spices and a typical balsamic note. The sip has marked, fine-grained tannins and a firm, robust structure. It is full and broad, intense, fleshy and long. Improves with aging.
