BottlesBrichet comes from fermentation in steel at 18°C with maceration and daily pumping over. This is followed by the classic racking, without pressing the pomace, the malolactic fermentation in steel and the maturation for 6 months, again in steel.
Bright ruby red colour; nose of ripe black fruits, such as black cherry and plum, with a light spiciness that completes the picture. Fruity, fresh and dry on the palate, with young but already well integrated tannins and good acidity.
Ground appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, medium-aged cheeses, delicate meats.
