Manual harvest in boxes in the third ten days of October; the destemmed grapes are left to macerate at a temperature of 25°C until alcoholic fermentation is completed; it is then pressed softly, with horizontal presses; the wine matures for 2/3 months half in cement barrels and half in second passage barriques; it is assembled and after a short rest bottled.
Ruby red colour, intense and elegant nose, with lovely notes of red fruits and light spiciness; dry, full and balanced sip, with calibrated tannins and good persistence.
Grilled meats, roasts, meat starters, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
