Sangiovese Grosso
Hand harvested in early October. Vinification in 35/45hl stainless steel tanks with maceration for approximately 18/20 days at a constant temperature of 30°C. It matures for 36 months in 10/20/25hl oak barrels and refines for 8 months in the bottle.
Brilliant ruby red color with intense garnet reflections. Broad and elegant nose, with long balsamic and floral notes, accompanied by important spiciness of black pepper, notes of currants and small berries. Enveloping, delicate sip, very well balanced between soft and velvety tannins and savory and mineral notes. Of great elegance and persistence
