50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay
Manual harvest at the beginning of September; extraction of the free-run juice only by soft pressing, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in steel; re-fermentation in the bottle with permanence on the lees for at least 24 months.
Golden yellow in colour, fine and persistent perlage; intense nose of spices and citrus fruits, with hints of hazelnut, white flowers and bread crust; rich and structured on the palate, with good freshness.
Seafood main courses, grilled shellfish, spicy beef carpaccio, cured meats and mature cheeses.
