The wine ferments and matures for 8 months in steel barrels for eighty percent and in barriques for twenty percent. Bottle refinement lasts a minimum of twenty months. Dosage 2g/l.
Straw yellow, with a fine and dense perlage: delicate floral and fruity notes and hints of yeast stand out on the nose. On the palate it is fresh, balanced, elegant, with a savory touch and a long persistence.
Aperitif, seafood crudités, fish and vegetable appetizers.
