Description

Selected grapes, fermented with Native yeasts and aged in small oak barrels for a year. After bottling, fermentation in the bottle and maturation refinement on the yeasts (minimum 8 years), traditional remuage on the pupitres, dégorgement and short period of refinement before being put on sale. Total acidity 3.2 g/L. Sugar value 4.2 g/L.

Tasting

Clear and brilliant straw yellow colour, with very fine and continuous perlage. Nose of great richness and complexity, powerful and fresh. Important, harmonious, fine and lively sip.
