Description

Manual harvest and white vinification with brief contact with the skins; maturation in steel for 6 months on its fine lees; secondary fermentation according to the Classic Method, with aging in the bottle on the yeasts for 30 months; after manual remuage and disgorgement, the wine ages for another 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting

Delicate pink colour, fine and persistent perlage; intense nose, of flowers and red fruits; creamy, fresh, balanced sip, with hints of red fruits.
