Description

Manual harvesting of perfectly healthy grapes, soft pressing using only free-run must, spontaneous fermentation with maceration on the skins for at least four months; maturation in Austrian oak Stockinger barrels for one year; unfiltered or clarified, no added sulphites.

Rich and complex nose of raspberries, blackberries, spices, undergrowth; large and elegant sip, with silky tannins and very long persistence.
