Carbonic maceration for about 30 days with spontaneous fermentation; subsequent maturation for 7 months in old French oak barrels without any addition, not even sulphites at bottling.
Super aromatic with scents of white flowers and exotic fruit, which also return on the sip amplified by a splendid flavor. A deep wine with great persistence.
