Description

Grapes harvested by hand from the company’s oldest vineyards, Riesling Italico, Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Zelen; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and seven-day maceration in steel; maturation for one year in large oak barrels and in concrete tanks.

Tasting

Golden yellow colour, intense, fruity and citrusy nose, with mineral and aromatic herbal notes; fresh and balanced sip, with good flavor and persistence.
