Description

Fermentation on the skins for 2 weeks. The wine matures in small oak barrels for 18/24 months, followed by long refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Intense garnet color. Fruity aroma of red and black currants, peppery and spicy. Characteristic flavor with crunchy tannins.

Paired with second courses with roasted red meat and game, cured meats and mature cheeses.
