Cabernet Franc Trentino DOC 2023

The grapes selected during the harvest are destemmed, pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with an 8-day maceration at a controlled temperature, ensuring that they do not exceed 28°C. After racking, the wine completes malaloptic fermentation in steel. It is then decanted into small-capacity barrels where it remains to refine for several months.

Ruby red color with faint garnet reflections. Nose with a characteristic herbaceous note well integrated with the ethereal component which makes it particularly broad and immediate. The sip is dry, full, harmonious, with a final sensation of ripe pepper.
