Description

Traditional red vinification with maceration on the skins and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 28°C, with malolactic fermentation carried out; Maturation in Slavonian oak barrels for 24 months. Bottle refinement for 12 months.

Tasting

Intense ruby red color, with garnet reflections. On the nose, red fruit jam, together with thyme and rosemary, with a spicy hint of black pepper and vanilla. Impressive sip refreshed by good acidity and balsamic and mineral notes.

Pairings

red meats, game and first courses with strong flavors such as pappardelle with hare or duck ragout.
