Description

Manual harvesting in boxes with selection in the vineyard; spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, with maceration on the skins for about 15 days; the wine matures in second, third and fourth passage French and American barriques for about 12 months.

Ruby red colour; nose of red fruits, with herbaceous balsamic notes; full-bodied mouthfeel, with fruity returns and great persistence.
