The grapes are harvested by hand late, between 18 and 30 November, and vinified in white in steel with temperature control; the wine matures in stainless steel tanks for 12 months in contact with the fine lees and with frequent batonnage.

Straw yellow color tending towards golden; intense nose of ripe exotic fruit, rich sip, with an important structure, supported by balanced freshness and flavor and long persistence.
