Soft pressing, fermentation in steel at 26-28°C with occasional pumping over and maceration on the skins for 20-30 days; the wine matures for 24 months in oak barrels and then refines in the bottle for 12 months.
Intense nose of red fruits and violets, with spicy and slightly balsamic notes; elegant and harmonious on the palate, with balanced tannins and a long finish.
Grilled red meats, game, mature cheeses.
