BottlesManual harvest in September, maceration on the skins for 11/15 days with spontaneous fermentation; the wine matures in concrete tanks for 7 months and is then bottled with a residual sugar that will allow it to referment naturally in the bottle.
Deep straw yellow colour; fragrant and perfumed nose, of citrus and apricot, with notes of hay and light aromatic grass; rich and fresh sip, slightly tannic, with fine and lively bubbles.
