Description

Manual harvest in boxes; fermentation at a temperature below 30°C conducted by selected yeasts, 7-day maceration with wetting of the cap; the wine matures for 4 months in steel and refines for 4 months in the bottle.

Pale ruby red colour; intense nose with spicy, fruity and balsamic notes; fresh, fine and persistent sip.
