“Capo Branko” Venezia Giulia IGT 2020

A tribute to some historic white grape varieties of the area, Capobranko is a blend enriched by Sauvignon, a French variety that has been acclimated for centuries in the Cormona hills. Controlled fermentation in 400 liter tonneaus and proper aging in the bottle. The low yields give structure to the wine, in perfect balance with the acidity.

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Elegant and refined aromas: tropical scents, yellow rose, nectarine, apple, pear, melon, pepper, sage and tomato leaves. In the mouth it is astonishing for its softness, silkiness and richness of enveloping and indelible aromas. Exciting and very long ending.

Crudités of fish and sushi, savory pies, shellfish, seafood, grilled fish, stewed fish, poultry and white meats.
