Manual harvest between late September and early October, spontaneous fermentation in steel with 10 days of maceration on the skins; the wine ages for 12 months in large 30hl oak barrels.
Intense ruby red color; nose of red fruits and cherries preserved in alcohol; full and soft on the palate, with good structure and finesse, with a long fruity aftertaste.
Meat-based appetizers, first courses with meat sauces, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
