Fermented in conical French oak vats, it matures for 18 months in new and used French oak barriques and tonneaux and in large barrels; it then ages for a year in the bottle.

Intense and brilliant ruby ​​red color with light purple reflections; complex and enveloping nose, with fine spicy notes, cinnamon, plums and chocolate; rich and juicy fruit on the palate, crisp and fresh, with fine tannins and a very long finish.
