BottlesOld Cesanese vines between 50 and over 70 years old; scrupulous selection of plots harvested at different times to have different degrees of ripeness and acidity available to be assembled at the end to obtain that pleasantness and immediacy that distinguish this Cesanese di Olevano Romano; strictly only in steel, both for fermentation and for the 6-month refinement.
Ruby red colour, the nose is fresh and simple with hints of cherry and morello cherry. The sip is fresh and clean.
Very versatile wine; aperitif, cured meats and cheeses, first courses, red and white meats.
