Description

It is an extraordinary wine, produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes from old vineyards over 40 years old, located in the Grand Cru area of Chablis, where their roots are rooted in a layer of white clay on Kimmeridgian limestone rich in ammonites; the wine is aged on noble lees for 12 months, in oak and steel barrels.

Tasting

A wine with a bright straw yellow colour. On the nose white flowers, hay and apricot. On the palate it offers sensations of creaminess and freshness accompanied by a nice hint of flavor. Blanchots is delicate, silky and shows its charm after 5 years in the bottle.

Smoked or grilled fish, white meats, mushroom risotto, mature cheeses.
