Description

One of the Domaine’s workhorses. Grapes harvested by hand, traditional vinification in steel, at a controlled temperature, and refinement in the bottle for at least two years. Chablis Chardonnay with great expressiveness, without tricks.

Tasting

Bright straw yellow color. On the nose mineral aromas with floral and fruity hints. The sip is decisive and expressive, with references to the olfactory bouquet.

Seafood salads, risotto with red prawns, grilled fish.
