100% Muscat Petit Grain
Vinification In stainless steel, with pre-fermentation cold maceration. Maturation for 8 months in steel, keeping the wine on the fine fermentation lees with frequent batonnages. Maturation for 4 months in bottle.
Fine, aromatic, floral, fruity. Apricot, sage, thyme and peach are recognisable. Full-bodied, consistent, dry, delicately alcoholic, fresh wine.
An aperitif wine, shellfish, white meats, some soups, medium-aged cheeses.
