Description

The grapes harvested by hand from the respective plots are vinified 40% in steel, 30% in oak barrels and 30% in concrete tanks; the base wine bottled for refermentation rests on the yeasts for at least 24 months; no dosage at disgorgement.

Mineral nose, of white flowers and fresh fruit, with light spicy notes; taut and dynamic sip, fresh and long.
