BottlesVinification with spontaneous fermentation in steel; blended with perpetual reserve wine and aged in bottle for 36 months on the lees, before a light final dosage.
A deep golden color, it offers a delicate nose of quince, blueberry jam, and honey, with typical pastry notes. The palate is rich and smooth, fresh and powerful, with a long finish.
Crustaceans and molluscs, baked fish, mature cheeses.
