Chardonnay
The delicately pressed grapes ferment with selected yeasts and frequent batonnage. The maturation takes place completely in barriques, followed by refinement in steel for at least six months and in the bottle for another twelve.
Elegant, fruity, of wild strawberry and raspberry; expressive, convincing, juicy, persistent.
Perfect with molluscs and crustaceans, goat cheeses, pasta with truffles.
