The must ferments in small wood barrels, mostly used several times and only 30% new; the wine then ages for a long time on the fine lees, before finally refining in the bottle.

Bright straw yellow color tending towards golden, with light greenish reflections; intense and complex nose, fruity notes of peach, apricot, citrus, and golden delicious apple, floral notes of broom and acacia, with notes of honey and hazelnut, butter, and light spice; soft and enveloping sip, full and creamy, with a hint of acidity and minerality that perfectly balances the drink.

Fish-based second courses, shellfish, creamy risottos, grilled white meats, mature cheeses.
