Description

Low temperature fermentation for 20-30 days with delestage on the yeasts for 9-12 months and daily battonage. Bottle refinement for 3 months.

Tasting

Great structure and minerality with intense aromas of tropical fruits and, with aging, also floral. Despite being a young and fresh wine, this Chardonnay has a great aptitude for aging.

Pairings

Excellent as an aperitif, appetizers and light dishes in general, first courses, fish and shellfish, cheeses.
