Chardonnay Langhe DOC 2020

Chardonnay partially vinified and aged in barriques, barrels and cement; it remains on the fermentation yeasts for at least 12 months, before being decanted and finishing its refinement; it is put on the market after at least 6 months in the bottle.

Straw yellow colour. Ripe fruit stands out on the nose, supported by great minerality and freshness. The sip is warm and broad, enveloping with sweetness and character, finishing with a long aftertaste; it undoubtedly has the structure given to it by the land of Langa.

It goes very well with sea fish dishes and some river fish, such as trout. The combination with white and red meats is exhilarating if cooked for a long time with delicate spices.
