Description

The grapes are harvested by hand towards mid-September, destemmed and pressed whole with soft pressing. Fermentation takes place for approximately 10 days at a temperature of 18° in steel tanks. It refines in the bottle for at least two months before being released on the market.

Tasting

Deep straw yellow colour; Fruity nose of yellow peach and banana, citrus of lime and bergamot, Mediterranean herbs, sweet spices and hazelnut; agile, full-bodied and persistent sip.
