Description

The hand-harvested grapes are cooled and mashed after a short maceration without the use of any other substance; spontaneous fermentation generally lasts 3 weeks. The wine then matures slowly on its fine lees for at least 10 months and then continues refinement in the bottle.

Tasting

Fruity and mineral nose, large and round but dry sip, with great freshness and flavor. It tolerates maturation in glass very well, allowing it to be best appreciated a few years after the harvest. A living and vital wine in constant evolution.
