Chardonnay
Manual harvest in September with selection in the vineyard. The whole grapes are kept in the press for 5 hours at a temperature of 15°C then proceed with soft pressing followed by cold static decantation. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at 18°C in steel containers. The wine is then shaken on the fine lees for a few months before being filtered and prepared for bottling.
Straw yellow color tending towards golden. Very fresh nose, with notes of white flowers and full and harmonious fruity notes. Definitely fresh on the palate with a full and round body.
